Before attending the university, Rodgers lived in places such as New York, Connecticut, North Africa, and Iceland with his family. After graduating from Kingwood High School in Houston and taking a gap year at a school in Iceland, he decided to attend Trinity due to its small size and proximity to relatives in Texas. In his time at Trinity, Rodgers joined the Kappa Kappa Delta social fraternity one year after its founding. He was involved in many different intramural sports on behalf of his fraternity, ranging from diving to flickerball. He graduated with a major in Political Science with minors in International Studies, History, and Religion. After graduating, Rodgers stayed in San Antonio and attempted to start his own graphic design business while working on St. Mary’s Street. Eventually, he decided to attend law school at St. Mary’s University School of Law, where he was inducted into the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society. Since graduating from law school, Rodgers has worked as a commercial litigation attorney at Davis, Cedillo, \u0026amp; Mendoza Inc.
